SmallAITools.ai prioritizes customers’ satisfaction with the services it offers. We offer a 3-day refund guarantee for premium subscriptions purchased on the platform. We advise all users to thoroughly go through this policy to understand the conditions for getting a refund.

Eligibility Criteria

A refund request qualifies for review when the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase date
  • Usage during this period remains within the following limits:
  • For both Standard (one-time) and Premium (monthly) plans, credit usage must not exceed 10% of the total credits included in the applicable plan.
  • For AI text tools, the number of used words must remain below 15, 000
  • For AI Image tools, the number of images generated must not exceed 10
  • For AI Design tools, the number of designs created or edited must not exceed 20
  • For AI Video tools, the number of video generation sessions must not exceed 5

Additional Conditions

Please keep the following in mind before requesting a refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 3-day guarantee period.
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not available for requests submitted after the 3-day refund period.
  • Refunds are not available if the subscription was used outside the 3-day guarantee period, regardless of the calendar month.
  • Refunds apply only to the current subscription; previous charges or additional costs are not covered.
  • To avoid future renewal charges, we recommend canceling your subscription after submitting a refund request.

  • Navigate to the Dashboard and select your user profile icon
  • Choose Billing from the available options
  • Locate the subscription cancellation section
  • Select Cancel Subscription and confirm the request

  • Send an email to support@smallaitools.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Briefly explain the reason for your refund or cancellation request.
