Use of Service

Pro Plans and Billing

Subscriptions

Activating a Pro plan requires accurate billing information and authorization for charges based on the selected subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date through account settings.

Cancellation

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro features remain available until the subscription period ends. Payments are generally non-refundable for any unused portion of an active billing cycle unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

Refunds

SmallAITools.ai aims to maintain transparent billing practices and will provide notice of significant pricing changes before implementation. Refunds are available only in cases covered by our applicable refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All aspects of SmallAITools.ai, including its tools, design, branding, software, and underlying technology, are owned by the platform or its licensed partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform without prior written authorization.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Indemnification

Where applicable law does not allow full limitation of liability, SmallAITools.ai’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user to the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Terms and Termination
